Sex Offenders Point of View: Nobody Listens

We all know what we think of sex offenders but have ever asked what they think of themselves? We try to find a cure for pedophilia as if it's that simple. There are many reason why some people never get help or cured . The main reason is that they feel alone with their problem and feel that no one wants to listen or cares. Which is why some stay in the dark about their issue and stay depressed and isolated. We tend to forget that we are all human and that we all make mistakes. Some mistakes worse than others but everyone deserves a second chance. If we tried to reach out to more offenders there would be so many to worry about. If judgement was set aside these offenders would get the help they need and not have to hide their problem. Not all offenders embrace or like the feelings they have towards small children. There are many that would like to get rid of those feelings all  together. Even if they can't be cured they need someone to help through their problems just like everyone else.
